Phase 1 — BrandSpark Strategy Session $2,500 · 1–2 weeks · Investment credited toward Phase 2

A focused 60–90 minute strategy intensive to clarify your positioning, audiences, and growth goals — producing a complete strategic foundation you can use immediately or bring to any designer.

Phase 2 — Complete Brand Implementation From $7,500 · 2–8 weeks · Total typically $12,500–$25,000+

Based on your strategy, I design a complete visual identity system — every element intentional, every decision tied to your long-term goals.

Core identity:

  • Bespoke logo with variations

  • Color and typography system

  • Comprehensive brand style guide

Brand applications:

  • Social media templates (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)

  • Presentation template (PowerPoint/Keynote)

  • Email signature, newsletter header, Zoom background

  • Business card, letterhead, and digital stationery

  • Photography direction guide

Additional deliverables are scoped after the BrandSpark Strategy Session based on your specific needs.

  5. Launch support — 30 days of email support as you roll out your new brand

Common questions:

Do you require a deposit? Yes — 50% to begin, 50% on final delivery. Deposits are non-refundable as I hold time exclusively for your project.

What if I already have a logo? We can work with an existing logo if it's strong. Most physicians find that starting fresh creates the cleanest foundation — we'll discuss during your discovery call.

Do you work with physicians outside the US? Yes. All work is conducted remotely via Zoom/Google Meet and project management tools.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, for the complete brand package. Inquire for details.
